About Aideen Ni Riada

Hi there, I’m Aideen — an intuitive voice coach, author, and singer.

I help purpose-driven professional women reconnect with their true voice through singing and voice work, so they can speak with clarity, confidence, and heart.

If you’ve been holding back, over-giving, or silencing your truth. I see you. I guide women to dissolve self-doubt, express themselves authentically, and step into their radiant presence—at work, in relationships, and in leadership.

If you're ready to feel seen, steady, and strong in your voice—I'd be honored to walk beside you.

True belonging doesn’t require you to change who you are; it requires you to be who you are.

My Mission

My mission is to help you reconnect with your voice through singing and voice work, so you can express yourself with clarity, confidence, and heart. Whether you’re sharing your gifts, setting boundaries, or speaking your needs out loud, I want you to feel safe, seen, and truly heard.

You don’t need to be a singer, or have any experience with your voice, to do this work. This is about reconnecting with the voice you already have - in a way that feels natural, grounded, and true to you.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in self-doubt or out of alignment. Everything changed when I reconnected with the power of my voice, and now I support others to do the same. Through my work, I help you recognise your value, trust your intuition, and use your voice as a tool for connection, leadership, and meaningful transformation.

My Journey

After years of helping singers build confidence through my first business, Confidence In Singing, my work naturally expanded to supporting leaders, teams, and individuals to use their voices as instruments of truth, connection, and impact.

Here’s what shapes my approach:

Singing: Performing and teaching singing taught me the power of presence, authenticity, and self-compassion in expression — and how deeply voice connects us to ourselves and others.

Psychology: My interest in psychology began in my teens and led to a Degree in Psychological Studies. Working closely with clients has deepened my understanding of the fears, patterns, and internal blocks that can hold people back from fully expressing themselves.

Public Relations: Promoting cultural events in my hometown of New Ross strengthened my skills in storytelling, messaging, and meaningful connection — all essential for impactful communication.

Image Consulting: Working with Colour Me Beautiful in Dublin showed me how presence and personal style shape how we’re perceived, often before we even speak.

Now, I bring all of these elements together through singing and voice work, offering a holistic approach that helps you speak with clarity, confidence, and impact — whether on stage, on camera, or in everyday life.

Awaken Your Voice Method™

Speak with clarity. Feel grounded in your voice. Express yourself with confidence.

Awaken Your Voice Method™ is a gentle, practical approach that helps you feel safe enough to use your voice - so it becomes steady, clear, and naturally confident.

Why this work matters

Most people don’t struggle because they lack skill.
They struggle because speaking up hasn’t felt safe.

When you feel safe, your voice changes.

How it works

We work with both:

Your physical voice - through singing, sound, and simple voice practices
Your inner voice - your truth, intuition, and self-trust

We also draw on gentle sound and mantra-based practices to support deeper calm and connection.

What shifts

• A steadier, more resonant voice
• Less overthinking, more grounded presence
• Confidence in difficult conversations
• Clearer boundaries and self-expression
• A voice that feels authentic — not forced

It’s not about being louder.
It’s about feeling safe enough to be yourself — and letting your voice reflect that.

Beyond Coaching

I am also a singer, performer and recording artist, creating music that blends soul, spirit, and storytelling. My original music invite you to explore life’s highs and lows, weaving resilience, compassion, and love into every note.

One of my most loved songs, “Rule the World,” has made an impact with listeners:
"Ethereal. Stunning."
"This is absolutely magical. The vocals are captivating and gave me goosebumps."

Behind the scenes, my husband Mike Wolpe records, arranges, and produces my music, infusing each track with a rich, cinematic folk-pop allure. Together, we shape soundscapes that are both intimate and expansive, carrying listeners on a journey of heart and spirit.

The Magic Is in the Blend

What makes this work powerful is the combination.

Intuition and psychology help you understand and move through inner barriers.
Singing and voice work reconnect you with your natural expression.
Practical tools support you to communicate clearly and confidently — so your voice doesn’t just come through, it lands.

This isn’t just about speaking up.
It’s about feeling connected to yourself, expressing your truth, and leading with a voice that feels real.

Your voice already holds power — it’s time to use it.

If you feel called to explore this, I’d love to support you.
