About Aideen Ni Riada
Hi there, I’m Aideen - voice coach, singer, author, and speaker.
I help people to find and speak their truth in work, relationships, leadership, and everyday life.
Through voice work, singing and psychology, I help people reconnect with their purpose, recognise their value, and uncover the hidden treasure within themselves, so they can express who they truly are with calm presence and self-trust.
Because when your voice reflects your truth, everything begins change.
If you're ready to feel seen, steady, and strong in your voice - I’m here for you.
My Journey & Approach
My journey into voice work began through singing and performance.
After years of helping singers build confidence through my first business, Confidence In Singing, my work naturally evolved into supporting leaders, teams, and individuals to communicate with greater confidence, presence, and authenticity.
My background combines several fields that shape the way I work:
Singing & Voice Work
Singing taught me the power of presence, emotional connection, and authentic expression — and how deeply voice connects us to ourselves and others.
Psychology
My studies in psychology and years of working closely with clients deepened my understanding of self-doubt, internal blocks, and the emotional patterns that affect communication.
Communication & Public Relations
My experience in public relations has given me a deep understanding of storytelling, messaging and visibility for meaningful human connection.
Image Consulting: Working with Colour Me Beautiful in Dublin showed me how presence and personal style shape how we’re perceived, often before we even speak.
Today, I bring these skills together in a grounded and holistic approach that helps people communicate clearly, confidently, and naturally — whether in everyday life, in leadership and even on stage or on camera.
Experience My Work
The Resonate Podcast explores confidence, creativity and communication through real stories, practical tools, and soulful conversations.
The Voice Summit is a welcoming space where your voice isn’t judged. With interactive talks, powerful conversations, and intimate breakout rooms, it’s for people who know what they want to say but often hesitate to express it.
I am also a singer, performer and recording artist, creating music that blends soul, spirit, and storytelling. My husband Mike Wolpe records, arranges, and produces my music, infusing each track with a rich, cinematic folk-pop allure.
One of my most loved songs is “Rule the World,”, check it out!
Awaken Your Voice Method™
Speak with clarity. Feel grounded in your voice. Express yourself with confidence.
Awaken Your Voice Method™ is a gentle, practical approach that helps you feel safe enough to use your voice - so it becomes steady, clear, and naturally confident.
How it works
We work with both:
• Your physical voice - through breath, sound, resonance and voice expresssion
• Your inner voice - self-trust, intuition, confidence, and emotional clarity
Through this work, clients often experience:
More confidence in communication
Stronger presence and self-expression
Clearer boundaries
Less overthinking and self-doubt
This isn’t about becoming louder. It’s about becoming more connected to yourself - so your voice reflects who you truly are.
